Triple Threat Concert

The final event for Pony Express Days was a concert titled "Triple Threat" featuring Blackhawk, Little Texas, and Restless Heart. There are some small perks to Ryan being on the city council. One was enjoying tickets and backstage parking and passes to the concert for our family. We were able to meet all of the opening acts and the bands that performed. The mayor's husband was hauling Restless Heart around all day and was able to allow me to go on their tour bus and get my T-shirt signed by all the band members. It was really fun. We had a really great time. Our friends the Amendola's came with us to the concert. Cousins Carter & Trevor came too. Carson also invited his frined Mark Meier. Mark isn't so fond of country music so Carson didn't tell him it was a country concert because he really wanted Mark to hang out with him. They had a good time and we got Mark to admit that it wasn't half bad. He did say he enjoyed it. We had a great time and I decided with some perks like that, maybe Ryan can run for city council again! :)
